All sessions require a deposit or full payment to reserve a date and time.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows are non-refundable.

If a session needs to be rescheduled due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.

Victory Lane Studio reserves the right to reschedule due to equipment failure, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a new date will be arranged or a refund issued.
