All clients and subjects photographed by Victory Lane Studio may be asked to sign a standard model release prior to their session. This release grants Victory Lane Studio permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

The purpose of this release is to allow the studio to showcase its work and promote services in a professional and tasteful manner. Images will never be used in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate.

For individuals under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the model release on their behalf and be present during the session.

If a client or subject prefers that their images not be used for promotional purposes, this must be requested in writing before the session.
