Victory Lane Studio provides professional photography services including, but not limited to:
Portrait photography
Headshots
Maternity photography
Boudoir photography
Family and event photography
Studio and on-location sessions
Service details, deliverables, and pricing vary by package and are confirmed prior to booking.
A session is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received.
Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms such as Bloom, Stripe, or similar providers.
Full payment may be required prior to the session date.
Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.
Victory Lane Studio retains full copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive a usage license based on the package purchased (personal, commercial, or branding use).
Victory Lane Studio may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless the client submits a written opt-out request before the session.
Clients may be required to sign a model release allowing use of images for promotional purposes.
For minors under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
Clients agree to:
Arrive on time
Provide accurate contact and booking information
Ensure all participants consent to being photographed
Victory Lane Studio is not responsible for delays or missed shots caused by late arrival or incomplete information.

Lost or damaged files due to technical failure

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
